You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
All products sold by FemmeBioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, natural health products, or medical devices. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or application. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority and do not carry a Drug Identification Number (DIN). Nothing on this Site constitutes a medical, therapeutic, or health claim of any kind.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that: (a) you are acquiring the products solely for legitimate laboratory or scientific research; (b) you will not use, resell, or distribute the products for human or animal consumption; (c) you are qualified and equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research materials safely; and (d) you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing the purchase, possession, use, storage, and disposal of the products. You assume all responsibility and liability arising from your handling or use of the products.
You may not use the products for any purpose other than laboratory research. Prohibited uses include, without limitation, human or veterinary use, clinical use, resale as a consumer or health product, and any use that makes or implies a therapeutic claim.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; by ordering you agree to their terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

The products and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the products are fit for any use other than the research use for which they are supplied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemmeBioLabs and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages arising from misuse of the products, including any human or veterinary use. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FemmeBioLabs from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the products or your breach of these Terms, including any use of the products for human or animal consumption.
All content, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by FemmeBioLabs and may not be used without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
