All purchases made through Femme Bio Labs are considered final and non-refundable. Our products are intended for research purposes and cannot be restocked, resold, or reused once they have left our facility. This policy helps maintain product integrity and applicable handling standards.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A detailed description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Femme Bio Labs may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Shipping Delays

Femme Bio Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases.

4. Refusal of Delivery or Return to Sender

If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us by the carrier, no refund or reshipment will be provided unless prior approval has been granted by our support team.
