Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Same-day dispatch refers to the shipment handoff process, not guaranteed delivery on the same day. Processing times may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer straightforward shipping rates designed to make ordering simple.

Orders over $199: Qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.

Orders of $199 or less: A flat-rate shipping fee applies and will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal before applicable taxes and shipping fees. Any exclusions or destination restrictions will be disclosed at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are presented during checkout based on the destination and service availability.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

4. Order Tracking
